Mr. M. Barig Siraj is a senior level, multi-sector disciplined executive with twenty years experience in information technology, where fifteen of these years were engagements focused on delivering business value through management positions.
Having an entrepreneurial business development intuition led to him being a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Siraj is able to guide entrepreneurs to resolve intractable business problems while delivering workable solutions.
Mr. Siraj has done Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California in 1987.
Prior to ICT Ventures Limited, he worked as Vice President IT at Civil Aviation Authority of Saudi Arabia. He successfully undertook Civil Aviation Authority’s initiatives to implement world class operational capabilities of air ports in the Kingdom. Mr. Siraj had also worked for Communication and Information Technology Commission (“CITC”) – the telecom regulatory authority of Saudi Arabia. At CITC he led a governmental drive to encourage PC and Internet usage in the country.
